Knysna Forest Half-Marathon

    WOW! Knysna was absolutely fabulous. On the morning of the race, it was exeptionally warm…thank goodness the SNOW (yes, that is right SNOW) only came the next day. Took some awesome pictures. I arrived in the last bus with Yasien, Ebrahim, Faadiela and Faheem, with a whole 3 minutes to spare. Ready for the next race Yasien…i have the padkos!

    Our vision is transforming lives and improving the health of our communities through running -  it's about inspiring and supporting each other and having fun, as well as competing in races and winning medals.

    We cater for everyone, and especially those of you who have never run before. Many members started as reluctant beginners who did not believe that they could run, and have now transformed their physical and mental health.

    How can I join Itheko? Join us at our training base in Willow Rd, Observatory. Training is at 6pm on Monday & Wednesday evenings for beginners and on Tuesdays and Thursdays for everyone else. After a 4-8 week beginners program you'll be celebrating finishing your first 10K race!
